Cardio soreness

I have been hitting the gym 4 to 5 times a week and lifting for about 45 minutes. I do the treadmill for 25 minutes normally which for me is about a mile and a half of power walking uphill. That was my cardio routines for the past 2 months, yesterday I decided I need to bump up my cardio to balance out my workout. My whole fitness kick started with Insanity and so that was my plan, to do 2 days of cardio (being an Insanity DVD) and just lift 3 days a week. TODAY when I woke up, my legs and feet were/are so sore I have a hard time walking… its a great sore that I haven’t felt in a while and I’m glad I am doing this now.
